Since Memorang offers a free trial to Study-Packs all purchases are final. However, if there is a billing error (e.g. purchased wrong product or an issue with a legacy subscription) we are happy to address it. Simply email support@memorang.com and provide the following minimum information:
- Your account username
- Your account email
- The specific charge you are looking to have refunded, including the date and product name
- Any other helpful context
